This choreographic creation came from the proposal made by Dancenema, a cultural association of Portimão, for the show ”Dancing Blue”. It was presented in August 2010, the month when the city was plunged into blue, celebrating the work written by Manuel Teixeira Gomes, ”Agosto Azul. ”
”Infinite Blue” results from a fusion of contemporary dance techniques and aerial trapeze with choreography by Thora Jorge and Liliana Garcia.
Tickets for this show can be purchased at Tempo for 5 euros from Tuesday to Saturday at 14h00 to 19h00, or on the day of the show from 14:00 to 21:30. For more information or reservations call: 282402475, 961579917, or www.teatromunicipaldeportimao.pt

The bags contain packets of pasta, rice, milk, sugar, flour, grains, beans, tuna, sausages, oil, cereals and crackers. The infant basket includes milk and porridge.
The baskets are distributed to the Associação Cultural e de Apoio Social de Olhão (ACASO), Associação Vida Abondante, Casa do Povo de Moncarapacho, Red Cross delegations of Fuseta, Moncarapacho and Olhão, Grupo de Bem-Fazer Celeiro de Amor, Santa Casa de Misericórdia de Moncarapacho and the Sociedade Sao Vicente de Paulo - Conferências de Olhão, Quelfes e Siroco.
The City is therefore aware of the importance of distributing these foods to those who have little or nothing, insisting that this is a simple gesture, full of meaning, as is the act of offering food items to those in need.
